What this page checks

The trading daemon writes a heartbeat to engine.json every 60 seconds. This page treats the service as alive if the most recent heartbeat is within 3× the loop interval; otherwise it reports down and returns HTTP 503 (so external uptime monitors fire).

No per-user data, balances, positions, or order history is exposed here. Only the public daemon liveness signal and aggregate counts.
